Our policies
What to know before you book, written plainly.
Booking and deposits
Book on our booking page or call. New color clients start with a consultation. Longer services hold the time with a deposit that goes toward the service. We confirm by text or email.
Canceling and running late
Please give 48 hours' notice to move or cancel. Color days are long, and the chair is yours for them. If you're running late, call us: a short delay may shorten the service, and a long one may mean rebooking.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss an appointment without notice, the deposit stays with the studio, and we may ask for a deposit to book your next visit.
Children and companions
Color days are for adults, and the studio is small. Please arrange care for children during long appointments. One adult companion is welcome to sit with you.
Patch tests and allergies
If you have reacted to a hair product, tell us when you book. We can do a patch test at least 48 hours before your first color, following the maker's directions. Any color can cause a reaction, so tell us at once if something itches or burns.
Redos and refunds
Results vary with your hair and its history. If you're not happy with your color, tell us within a week and we'll look at it with you and say what can be adjusted.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can tip your colorist, your stylist and the assistant at checkout or in cash.
Before your visit
Come with hair as you usually wear it. Bring photos of the blonde you like and one you don't, and tell us what has been on your hair: box color, salon color, henna or a smoothing treatment, and roughly when.
Start with a consultation
Tell us the blonde you want and what your hair has been through, and we'll map the visits.
