New clients
Your first visit starts with a conversation
We spend the first half hour on your hair, not on the color.
At the consultation Arielle looks at your hair in daylight, listens to what you want and asks about your color history. You leave with a plan, the number of visits it may take and who will do each one. Nothing is mixed until you agree to it.

Step 3: When you arrive
Arrive five to ten minutes early. There is parking behind the building; come in through the front door on Marshall Way and Elle will greet you.
- 04
Step 4: What to expect
Arielle looks at your hair in daylight, goes through your color history and agrees the plan with you. The consultation takes 20 to 30 minutes.

Step 5: Afterward
You leave with the next visit written down: what it is, how long it takes and when to book it. Your colorist tells you what to use at home in between.
